As a service for our participants, the Stockholm Convention Bureau, StoCon, will arrange your hotel accommodation at no extra charge.
A number of hotel rooms have been pre-booked in various price categories, during the period May 8–12, 2004.The rooms offer private bath/shower/WC, telephone, radio and TV. To book your accommodation we need to receive your request no later than April 1, 2004. After this date room reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Your reservation will be confirmed when StoCon has received your credit card guarantee.
All hotel cost are to be settled by you directly to the hotel, unless other information is stated in the upcoming confirmation letter.

Room rates given include breakfast buffet, service and a VAT increment of 12%.
All hotels – except the Nordic Sea – offer special room rates during the weekend.
Taxes or official charges are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation of your hotel reservation

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so in writing to StoCon. Please note that a cancellation fee of SEK 300 will be charged to your credit card.
For cancellations received after April 1st 2004, StoCon reserves the right to charge additional fees.

Alternative Accommodation

Reservations at Youth Hostels are to be made directly to the same. No pre-reservations are possible through StoCon. You are advised to contact the youth hostel as early as possible, because of the high demand. Prices vary between SEK 200 and 300 per night and per bed, in shared rooms, with common facilities and excluding breakfast. (At some youth hostels, single and double rooms might also be available).
